The Goodtime Hotel launched its inaugural location in the heart of South Beach in early 2021. Conceptualized and created by the David Grutman and Pharrell Williams, alongside developer Eric Birnbaum of Dreamscape Companies and famed designer Ken Fulk. Located on Miami Beach’s historic Washington Avenue at 6th Street to 7th Street. The Goodtime Hotel will be a high-energy, full-service 266 guest room boutique hotel and retail destination creating experiences synonymous with its namesake. A vibrant and energetic dining scene, which Grutman is world-famous for creating, will be on full display.
