David M. Edelstein, PA is a Miami-based boutique criminal defense law firm dedicated to the defense of individuals and corporations under criminal investigation and/or facing criminal charges.

The Firm’s attorneys represent clients in misdemeanor and felony cases in State courts and also provide federal criminal defense representation to clients in federal district courts.

The principal shareholder, David Edelstein, has been practicing law for 25 years in the Miami area since graduating in 1995 from the University of Miami School of Law.
