Entrée – select one of four succulent main dishes: Grilled Filet Mignon with potato mousseline and red wine; Branzino en Escabeche with pickled shallots, cancha crumbs and purple potatoe pureé; Creamy Lemon Herb Chicken with garden rice and veggies; or Roasted Pepper Pesto Pasta with cavatappi Parmesan cheese, broccoli and nuts.
Desert – select our delicious Blue Matisse Shortcake, or the equally amazing Chocolate Mousse Cake.
