THE WARRIOR INSIDE THE YOGI

Budokon Yoga is a style that explores both the fluidly gentle and the explosively powerful sides of the Yogic practice. Budokon achieves this balance by mixing modern Yogic asana practice with circular transitions influenced by Martial Arts. In this class we will explore a mix of techniques from the Budokon Yoga Primary and Second Series to transform the way you look at movement on the mat, as well as how you move in your everyday life. 

Then celebrate with a complimentary glass of bubbly, and prepare to relax either on the beach with a complimentary beach chair, or at the spa in the Thermal Experience for the rest of the day.

Space is limited. All levels welcome.

What to bring: We encourage you to wear comfortable workout gear. We'll supply a mat, water and towels for your workout.

ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Budokon Professor Donato Helbling (sensei) is a well-established leader in the Miami conscious movement scene who has been teaching Budokon Yoga, Martial and Mixed Movement Arts around the world for the past 13 years. His teaching style is very technical, while light hearted and fun. He helps you question your mindset in order to connect to your highest potential, using the body as a practice tool to produce a happy, healthy and sustainable life. His passion is to teach people how “the human machine works” so they can drive it better and live the extraordinary lives they deserve.
