Please join us for our “Bankruptcy Basics & Beyond” CLE panel luncheon presented by Dana Quick and Hayley Harrison of Bast Amron, LLP.  Whether you are an attorney, non-attorney, a business owner or just want to learn more about the bankruptcy process and how it affects debtors and creditors, this is a must-attend event. You will learn about the misconceptions often associated with the word “Bankruptcy” through an engaging and interactive panel that will walk us through Bankruptcy Basics. Dana Quick practices in the area of insolvency and commercial litigation.  Her experience includes prosecuting director and officer liability claims; representing trustees, creditors, creditor committees, and debtors in bankruptcy proceedings; state court insolvency litigation; and prosecuting and defending preference actions.  Additionally, Dana has significant experience representing and counseling companies of all sizes on employment issues, including ADA, FMLA, and Title VII matters.  Prior to joining Bast Amron, Dana served as a law clerk to U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Laurel Myerson Isicoff.



Hayley Harrison concentrates her practices in the areas of bankruptcy, insolvency, and commercial litigation. Hayley primarily represents bankruptcy trustees in their administration of Chapter 7 debtor cases, including all aspects of analyzing avenues of recovery, the sale of bankruptcy estate assets, and the pursuit of avoidance actions and other litigation claims. She also advises debtors, secured and unsecured creditors and interested parties in relation to their rights in Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings and out of court proceedings. Hayley currently serves as the First Vice President of the Bankruptcy Bar Association of the Southern District of Florida.
