Full Moon Yoga
Harness the power of this month’s full moon and help release any tension that you’ve stored over the month to energize the body and open yourself up to receive radiance and positivity helping to guide you into the coming month.
Join us for a special 90-minute class, led by Ivana Levin combining yoga flow finishing with a guided movement meditation, introducing you to body awareness through use of subtle, intuitive movement. Closing the practice with shavasana to sounds of crystal bowls in our open-air yoga studio.
What to bring: We encourage you to wear comfortable workout gear. We'll supply a mat, water and towels for your workout.
