The resort proudly announces the launch of Cellar 1954, a Wine Series by FONTAINEBLEAU. The new monthly event pairs the world’s most prestigious wines and winemakers with the award-winning cuisine of Fontainebleau Miami Beach.
Paying homage to the vintage year of 1954, the year that Fontainebleau Miami Beach originally opened, Cellar 1954, Wine & Dinner Series by FONTAINEBLEAU is an exclusive, monthly series featuring some of the most acclaimed winemakers, including Opus One, Dom Perignon, Kosta Browne and Verite, among others.
DASSAI SAKE BREWRY
On Thursday, October 2, 2014 at Hakkasan, dinner combines a decadent five-course menu prepared by Hakkasan chef de cuisine with sake hand-selected and presented by Winemaker for Dassai Sake Brewery. Each of the five courses will be paired with a different varietal from the Dassai Sake Brewery label, selects include:
Dassai 23 Junmai Daiginjo
Dassai 23 Sp 360ml
Dassai 50
Dassai 50 Nigori
The event will begin at 7:30 PM in the restaurant’s private dining room. Seating is limited, and priced at $125++ per person excluding tax and service charge.
