Session 4: The Feels
This session focuses on mental/emotional wellness with an emphasis on advocacy. You will define various issues of mental/emotional health (depression, anxiety and self-harm), in order to familiarize themselves with a multitude of resources to support mental/emotional health, and improve communication skills to meaningfully advocate for mental/emotional health on behalf of themselves and others. This session will give you an understanding of the impact diversity and respect play in creating a more positive environment.

Fill in your email and code and then click on ’NEXT’
STEP 2: Fill in the required information and then click on ’NEXT’
STEP 3: Review your information and click on ‘CONFIRM’
STEP 4: Administrator will review your application and approve. You’ll receive an email regarding the same with a temporary password to login.
When you have your password, please visit: https://jewishcommunityservicesofsouthflorida.wildapricot.org/ and click on the Baseline Balance program under the ‘Upcoming Events’. Clicking on the program will direct you to the zoom meeting.
